What does it mean to truly see another person?

We make documentary films that hold complexity, where ethics and honesty must coexist. Stories about people, systems, and what becomes possible when we see someone clearly.

The name Intueri comes from Latin, meaning to look closely, to stay with what you're seeing. We believe that kind of attention changes how we understand one another. That's where our work begins.

Areas of Work

Documentary Films: We make films that stay with people long enough for something real to surface. Whether it's about faith, failure, recovery, or what's still taking shape, these stories are told because they hold something true.

Life Narratives & Legacy Pieces: Documentary portraits that honor a person, a relationship, or a chapter of life.

Collaborative Work with Organizations: We partner with faith communities, nonprofits, and advocacy groups to create media that reflects who they actually are.

Story Consultation: We review footage, analyze narrative structure, and help filmmakers or organizations develop their story. This can be a single conversation or a detailed written analysis. We also consult on ethics for complex stories, helping filmmakers think through representation, framing, and impact.

Understanding begins in how we choose to see.

Our Approach

We spend time understanding the world we're entering before we begin filming.

Some of us bring lived experience to the work. Recovery, loss, justice system involvement, faith. That experience informs how we approach every story, with humility, care, and a deep commitment to dignity.

Our principles define what we protect: dignity, complexity, truth, safety, and agency. Our method shapes how we see: with patience, in ways that create understanding and connection. Both guide how we listen, what we ask, and how people are represented.
